# Authentication and user accounts

> How to sign in to Semaloop and what access you get by default.

Once your environment has been provisioned, you’re welcome to authenticate with your email address. We support Google authentication and standard email magic links.

By default, anyone with a `@yourcompanydomain.com` email address can access your environment as a read-only user, and can be given write permissions by [contacting us](/troubleshooting/contact-us/).

You can access the Semaloop dashboard at [app.semaloop.com](https://app.semaloop.com).
